Addison spent her formative years studying ballet under the Royal Ballet School method (R.A.D.), where she passed all exams (including Advanced) with Honors. She also gained success on the competition circuit, winning numerous national titles and scholarships. Addison studied for her BFA on scholarship at Southern Methodist University. While there she performed in several ballets and was the only female freshman cast by guest artist Jimmy Gamonet de los Heros for his piece "Tango Tonto". Addison studied at the Joffrey BalletTrainee program on scholarship in New York as well as Broadway Dance Center.
Addison worked in Los Angeles, dancing in various shows, industrial, film/TV and music videos. Her credits include Joffrey Ballet, Radio City Music Hall, Natasha Bedingfield, 2011 Lifeball in Vienna, My Chemical Romance, Eminem, Law and Order, Toshiba, McDonald's, JcPenney, L.A. Choreographer's Carnival, and Texas Ballet Theatre. Addison also has Equity Musical Theatre and Opera credits including Carmen, Amahl and the Night Visitor, The King and I, West Side Story, Fame, Funny Girl and Showboat in Concert. She has choreographed for professional contemporary dance companies as well as industrials and commercials. Her studio choreography has won numerous choreo/concept awards and recognition at National Competitions and Conventions (Showstopper, Hall of Fame, YAGP, NYCDA, The Pulse, Jump) as well as dance festivals. Addison balances her time between her performance career as well as national/international convention teacher and judge.
